Toby Prior

Toby is a Resource Geologist with almost 30 years of experience working in the mining industry in Australia and globally. He is currently co-owner and a Director of Measured Group Pty Ltd, a consultancy focused on delivering quality outcomes across the mining value chain.

Toby has been a dedicated Vulcan user since 2003, specialising in the application of stratigraphic modelling tools. He has found that as mining projects get more structurally complex, Vulcan's versatility and the ability to visualise and interrogate multiple forms of data simultaneously have enabled geologists to construct more accurate, reliable models. Using workflows has also decreased model turnaround times and made the modelling process more repeatable.
